At Cozy Cradle Boutique, we take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully. 

 

 

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

During high-volume periods, new collection launches, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

 

 

 

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Cozy Cradle Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Local Delivery & Pick-Up
For our Cresskill, NJ and surrounding area community, we offer local delivery or pick-up options for added convenience.

 

You can select this option at checkout, or DM us on Instagram to arrange local delivery or coordinate a pickup time that works best for you.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We are unable to replace or refund orders that have been lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

 

 

 

International Shipping
At this time, Cozy Cradle Boutique ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the near future!
