At Cozy Cradle Boutique, each item is carefully curated with love and attention to detail. Because of the delicate nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final.
We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 7 calendar days of delivery or purchase.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card, and exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in inspecting every order before it ships. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and photos so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
